In response to Kelli’s Tuesday Use It In A Sentence prompt penmanship

Few people understood that she still wrote with fountain pens. They didn’t see the point of owning pens – let alone quills – in this age of computers. But even though hers was far from it, she always enjoyed beautiful penmanship. And it was a pleasure to feel the quill glide over the page.

What a beautiful writing set! (And what nice penmanship!) I see you also appreciate the “antiquated arts!” 🙂

I’m a person of many eclectic tastes as many people are I guess 😉. Thank you.

Ooh, always been tempted to buy a really good ink pen. I used to do a bit of calligraphy (badly!) and was fascinated by the perfect shapes the professionals could create – especially in illuminated manuscripts. Lovely 🙂

I haven’t done lots of calligraphy in a little while, but I should. And I love this set; a Christmas present with inks of different colours. I should use it more 😉
