Tuesday Use It In A Sentence ~ Quell


She took a deep breath to quell her fears: it was her very first performance and she had stage fright. Still, she had passion: in fact, the moment the bow touched the strings she quelled the doubts of every nay-sayer.

Here are the prompt rules:

  • Make a sentence with the word of the week. Leave it as just a sentence or write a post to go with it.
  • Try to do it on Tuesday.

    Hi there – here’s my QUELL effort. A nice word that took me off on a rather unexpected journey. Always drawn to the Dark Side, that’s my problem! Thanks for the prompt – it’s great fun 🙂
